Psychedelics are a form of hallucinogenic drugs which trigger different states of consciousness. You might experience psychological, visual, and auditory changes once taken. Psychedelic drug come under three families Tryptamine, Phenethylamine, Lysergamide which are LSD, Psilocin, Mescaline, DMP and 2C-B. Psychedelic drugs started to become illegal in the UK in 1960s starting with LSD due to the fact that they can be addicting and mind altering. Psychedelics are often associated with religious sermonise, recreational uses and treating illnesses. Studies conducted by psychotherapist suggest that some psychedelic drugs may assist with treating depression, alcohol addiction, and nicotine addiction. A lot of people want these drugs to be legalised again as to help with research. There is lots more to learn about these drugs and far more studies for people to take part in. All the equipment is there but the legality isn't.
